About the role

  • Channel Support Representative handling logistics and order flow for Fluke. Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while resolving issues and managing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Take appropriate actions by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages and claims.
  • Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping and invoicing/e-invoicing.
  • Inform the customers about prices, delivery times, content of the order and any other commercial or technical information by phone, email and online
  • Process Quotes based on sales or customer input
  • Process orders and complaints
  • Troubleshoot issues and connection issue of the orders transferred via EDI or other solutions

Requirements

  • Intermediate-level (MBO) or equivalent in experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general office, accounting, shipping, or transportation.
  • Self-sufficient, problem solver, can-do mentality.
  • Customer focused – supporting our customers with the company values in mind.
  • Good computer skills
  • Good skills in using ERP - CRM system
  • Good Skills in using Excel.
  • Fluent in these languages: English and at least one of the European Languages
  • Full time position (40hrs)
  • Hybrid work schedule.
