About the role

  • Business Process Consultant facilitating ERP usage and optimization for clients. Involves training, configuration, and support to ensure effective deployment and optimal use of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire customer journey on our ERP
  • Lead training sessions for users
  • Assess participants and support their skill development
  • Install and configure the ERP according to client requirements
  • Perform on-site and remote interventions
  • Document all actions to ensure clear follow-up
  • Provide functional support during deployment and go-live
  • Write and update materials: guides, technical documents, training materials
  • Occasionally contribute to internal projects or training

Requirements

  • Comfortable in an IT environment
  • Proficient with Windows and the Office suite
  • Interest in basic programming (VBA, WinDev, or equivalent)
  • Querying databases, ideally with SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Understanding of industrial sector challenges
  • Basic knowledge of sales, purchasing, procurement/supply or production management
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Good listening skills, advisory ability, and pedagogical approach
  • Able to manage projects and solve problems with rigor and a methodical approach.
