About the role

  • Provide remote customer support for industrial solutions, assisting clients and internal teams in Morocco. Ensure client satisfaction through effective resolution of inquiries and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support: Analyze and process requests, communicate resolution procedures to clients
  • Support for internal teams (Consultants / Sales): Identify needs, propose suitable solutions
  • Knowledge base enrichment: Record frequent questions, develop clear and structured answers

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
  • Functional knowledge of an ERP
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and business challenges (production, logistics, quality, maintenance)
  • Good writing, teaching and communication skills
  • Experience in software user support
