About the role

  • Specialist in Financial Products driving CRM & Loyalty strategies for the automotive sector at Fortbras. Structuring and launching financial services solutions for mechanics to enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Structure, launch, and scale the Financial Services vertical for mechanics
  • Design the value proposition for financial services for mechanics (individual and business customers)
  • Define the business model
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in coordination with Legal
  • Lead solution development with partners
  • Monitor KPIs: Adoption, Average Ticket (average transaction value), Retention, Churn, Incremental Revenue
  • Adjust the model based on data and customer base behavior

Requirements

  • 5+ years in financial products
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience launching new financial products
  • Experience building partnerships with financial institutions
  • Preferably experience working with small B2B customers
  • Familiarity with CRM and loyalty programs
