About the role
- Vehicle Logistic Operation Analyst overseeing supply chain efficiency across import and export markets. Coordinating logistics operations and ensuring compliance in vehicle deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the supply chain for finished vehicles across import and export markets.
- Serve as a liaison between manufacturing centers and destinations.
- Plan and execute outbound logistics operations through rail, maritime and road transportation.
- Supervise operational capacity at logistics yards and ports.
- Manage customs documentation for international trade compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics service providers for adherence to lead times.
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong data analysis skills, Power BI, Data robot, Phyton (desirable).
- Dealers communication skills.
- MSO apps manage (intermediate/advanced user).
- Data analytics dashboard development, quality metrics keeping.
- Data driven, result oriented, self-driven, focus on teamwork.
- Six Sigma background (desirable).
- Availability to work on-site (office, logistics yards, or similar facilities) 4 days per week.
