About the role

  • Manage to develop the monthly Sales, Stock, & Production programs (plans) for key international markets
  • Vehicle order to delivery management for assigned markets
  • Monitor & Proactively follow-up with concerned teams for resolution of Logistics/Finance/Production Scheduling/Allocation issues
  • Lead Sales planning process improvements by leveraging technology
  • Help optimize each market’s Sales Stock & Production plan taking into account manufacturing capacities and supply constraints
  • Support to carry-out ad-hoc analysis & Reports as required
  • Understand vehicle usage, target customer and accordingly plan on the right accessories meeting the customer needs.
  • Tracking of competition, supplier cycle plan for key accessories.
  • Work with local markets to firm up the plan.
  • Work with internal teams to track and drive the development of the accessories.
  • Plan Take to Market activities – Ensure accessories availability in the markets before vehicle launch, planning development of brochures and launch videos as required.
  • Monitor development cycle and coordinate with various CFTs to ensure timely launch.
  • Reporting and preparing material for management reviews.

Requirements

  • Overall Work Experience of 5-10 years
  • Experience working in Automotive Planning/ Accessories Planning is preferred
  • A proven track record in successfully planning and launching automotive accessories either with Automobile OEMs or Key suppliers.

  • Candidate should have an open mindset & smart thinking to work on future planning activities based on customer usage trend, competition tracking & other methods.
  • Able to finalize proposals & confidently discuss and align different Ford Markets across Asia Pacific region.
  • Advance Excel Skills, PowerPoints, digital marketing know-how is added advantage.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar) is mandatory
  • MBA or any other degree / Certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum 8 years
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English Language
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint ,Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense, &Tableau
  • Kinaxis Rapid Response / Any SCM Tool Knowledge of latest data Automation Tools – Alteryx, RPA, VBA Macro
  • Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills , Confident, motivated, and able to work independently, Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams.
