About the role

  • Lead Vehicle Integration Engineer driving optimization and innovations at Ford Motor Company. Collaborating with teams to enhance product quality and reduce costs across systems design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Vehicle Integration Engineer, Systems Design and System Level Sign-Off.
  • Experience in Systems Engineering, Design Thinking and user experience to develop and deliver breakthrough new products and services that delight our customers.
  • Identify opportunity areas for optimization and part reduction.
  • Drive cost reduction, weight minimization, quality improvements.
  • Coordinate with Core Teams on system optimization opportunities and manage change.
  • Champion trade-off decisions to balance within the VHE Function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
  • Must have the knowledge of Systems Engineering Fundamental and Design Thinking
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, courage, humility, decisiveness, flexibility, knowledge, vision, communications.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (open, clear, and inclusive)
