Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing
Develop and manage direct customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with client business needs
Build, manage and close a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities
Manage key customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Forcepoint's Data Security Everywhere
Manage and report sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal progression
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver effective and compelling customer propositions
Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage
Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software vendor-side experience is a bonus, with preference for candidates from cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.)
Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks
Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope)
Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker
Open to candidates with system integrator (SI) background who have directly driven customer business
Consistent career history, with proven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development
Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working directly with Government, Education or Healthcare customers is highly desirable
