Ensure sound risk management and comply with Bank policies and regulations
Identify and structure complex financing needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Legal Sector Dynamics knowledge
Ethical Banking Rules understanding
Credit Acumen to identify and structure deals
Consultative Skills to identify complex financing needs
Regulatory Knowledge of various banking regulations
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
