Requirements
1+ years of relevant experience in client service, operations, support teams, or financial services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with cost basis and tax reporting processes is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
