About the role

  • LATAM Sales Manager focused on Industrial Drone Solutions driving market growth and customer relationships in the EMEA region. Engaging in market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research, negotiate and add distribution in the LATAM region.
  • Develop Flybotix sales in the EMEA region.
  • Create and sustain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate actively with all company departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business management, administration, finance, engineering, marketing or related field.
  • Proven relevant market experience (+5 years) in direct sales or account management role in the LATAM region.
  • Developed business network in energy, mining or civil infrastructure industries.
  • Solid knowledge of the main industrial inspection markets, drones or SaaS.
  • Experience in start-up-like environments and fast-growing markets.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
