Requirements
5+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred).
Have a track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business issues, not just product.
Can demonstrate deals where you uncovered unrecognized business problems and delivered measurable ROI.
Experience in managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to a successful close.
A good understanding of Gap Selling and Challenger Sales.
Are confident discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts in detail with client leadership.
