About the role

  • SaaS Business Development Account Executive focused on expanding U.S. customer base in a fast-growing tech company. Building sales strategies, developing customer relationships, and generating new leads.

Responsibilities

  • Help establish our footprint in the U.S. market as part of a successful and fast-growing German tech company
  • Identify and research potential customers in the U.S. market, including relevant companies and key decision-makers
  • Execute multi-channel outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and schedule product demonstrations
  • Present snapAddy products and solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Prepare, negotiate, and close commercial proposals for snapAddy products and services
  • Represent snapAddy at trade shows and industry events (travel up to 30%)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team once a contract is signed
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SaaS Business Development Account Executive, or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (bonus if you’ve already worked for a CRM service provider)
  • Solid understanding of how to go to market in a new region
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, especially at the beginning
