About the role

  • Solution Engineer at a fast-growing tech startup supporting customer processes with AI technologies. Responsibilities include automating processes and providing technical consultancy to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop well-considered processes and automations from analysis through concept to implementation in the customer account.
  • Provide proactive technical consulting on topics related to automations, APIs, exports, plugins, and integrations.
  • Help shape the template landscape—clear, reusable, and well-documented.
  • Provide structured customer feedback, especially regarding technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or as an IT project manager, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, JSON, automations).
  • Enjoy diving deep into a product and knowing it as well as (or better than) almost anyone else.
  • Problem-solving skills; structured and detail-oriented.
  • Independent work style and the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German & English).
