Responsibilities
Own personal quota for named strategic enterprise CFD accounts.
Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales: discovery, PoC, value quantification, negotiation, and close.
Build deep relationships with CTOs, Chief Engineers, Heads of Aero/Thermal/Structures.
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
Establish a data‑driven sales culture with rigorous forecasting and KPI accountability.
Define and drive the GTM strategy for Flow360.
Partner with Product, SE, and Marketing to align roadmap and customer needs.
Requirements
10+ years enterprise software/CAE/engineering/technical sales experience.
3–6 years leading or mentoring sales teams.
Proven track record closing complex CFD or simulation enterprise deals.
Familiarity with CFD fundamentals, geometry/meshing workflows, and GPU/HPC concepts.
Highly data‑driven operator with strong forecasting and metrics fluency.
Excellent communicator with both technical and C‑suite stakeholders.
