Responsibilities
Manage personal performance in-line with the goals of the organisation and the business plan, ensuring that the relevant KPIs are understood and achieved
Follow through of customer inquiries in a timely manner
Pro-Actively working with Customers on their fleet goals by strategising best practices for optimal results
Maximise product penetration and looking for ways to enhance our service offering
Management of due off vehicles efficiently and successfully
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in relationship or account management
Background in leasing, finance, or commercial banking (highly regarded)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
