Responsibilities
Achieve company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of FleetPartners brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
Provide regular updates to the team on market trends and insights from customer feedback and competitor analysis
Maintain a regular visitation program with your customer base with appropriate levels of focus on building multi-level relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and Senior Managers.
Deliver strategic and quarterly business reviews on schedule, providing recommendations to reduce costs and optimise the customer’s fleet operations
Showing consistent high levels of customer service to meet customer expectations on continuous basis
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management or customer service-focused roles
Fleet management or leasing industry experience
Proven ability to deliver customer-focused results
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
