About the role

  • Sales Manager developing B2B sales for Flatpay in the French market. Engaging with SMEs and driving innovative payment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales across your territory
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME owners and managers
  • Sell Flatpay solutions using qualified leads provided
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
  • Generate your own sales opportunities
  • Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
  • Build your local network and leverage customer referrals
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities
  • Install and support customers on-site
  • Ensure delivery and installation of the solutions you sell
  • Train customers on using our equipment
  • Guarantee a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one

Requirements

  • Motivated by field sales, ideally with experience in a B2B or customer-facing environment
  • Comfortable with numeric targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
  • Autonomous, persistent, resilient and results-oriented
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
  • Holder of a valid category B driving license (required)
