Field Sales Representative selling payment solutions to SMEs in France. Driving sales through lead generation, cold prospecting, and relationship building in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Sell our solutions during in-person, face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses
Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network
Responsible for delivering and installing equipment
Performance measured by the ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume
Requirements
Enthusiastic about selling
Comfortable working in a field-based role, visiting prospective customers
Resilient during cold prospecting and stay motivated despite repeated rejections
Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities
Able to work independently and manage their own workday
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated to work toward—and surpass—specific monthly targets
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in French and English
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset but not required to join Flatpay.
