Responsibilities
- Document and organize product processes, ceremonies (e.g., meeting frequency, structure, participant roles) and internal workflows
- Interview product and cross-functional stakeholders to understand current operations
- Contribute to improving and updating onboarding documentation for Product Managers
- Support roadmap planning by researching best practices and drafting proposals
- Help document and improve collaboration processes between Product ↔ Go-to-Market (GTM)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, management, operations, innovation, HR, finance, or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills and comfortable with documentation
- Interest in startups, SaaS products, and how teams operate at scale
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing tasks independently
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
