Responsibilities
- Manage the lettings stream of housing management.
- Lead and develop a field-based team of officers.
- Support the Head of Housing to deliver the housing strategy and vision, Housing Made Simple.
- Ensure the function meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Empower team members to deliver an outstanding housing management service.
- Resolve complex enquiries and promote autonomous decision making.
Requirements
- Previous experience of leading and developing a team.
- Extensive housing management experience, preferably in social housing.
- Demonstrable experience of continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to understand and improve performance.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CIH 4 - Housing Qualification or willingness to study towards it.
