About the role

  • Own a dedicated portfolio of high-profile, strategic suppliers in the Skincare and Hair categories, including brands such as Shiseido, L’Oréal PPD, and Kiehl’s, among others
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful retail media campaigns across on-site, off-site, and social channels, turning supplier media budgets into results-driven activations
  • Identify and pitch new opportunities such as “on-top” campaigns and additional media services to grow supplier investments and maximize media revenue
  • Support our international expansion by engaging with global supplier divisions and securing new media budgets for flaconi
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare insightful reports and QBRs, translating KPIs into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Social Media, CRM, Brand, SEO, and Commercial, to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all media activities
  • Guide and mentor a working student who supports operational execution, campaign uploads, and asset coordination

Requirements

  • Bring strong B2B or sales experience with the confidence to pitch, negotiate, and build lasting partnerships. Experience in Key Account Management or Retail Media Sales is a plus
  • Have experience in digital advertising or online marketing, whether in e‑commerce, at an agency, or on the brand side
  • Work confidently with data and campaign performance metrics, transforming insights into clear actions and compelling stories
  • Stay organized and adaptable, managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and projects with ease in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate fluently in English to collaborate with international partners; German is a strong plus but not required
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, open-minded team that values creativity, ownership, and mutual support
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or experience with digital ad platforms such as Criteo is an advantage
