Responsibilities
Be part of the Outbound Campaigns Team, focused on building the next generation outbound campaigns management features in the public multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the design, development, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on the team
Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality and standards adherence
Identify technical debt and propose and implement solutions for improvement
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Quality, Ops and other development teams to drive technical initiatives forward
Conduct performance evaluations, set career development goals, and support professional growth for team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
12 + years of experience in designing and developing distributed, and scalable systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Experience in breaking down monoliths into microservices with an emphasis on resiliency
Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern engineering workflows.
Experience working with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architectures is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
