About the role
- Senior Director of Infrastructure Operations coordinating teams at Fiserv with technologies in financial services. Managing deliverables for the HA/DR program and various infrastructure projects to ensure success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the deliverables for assuring HA/DR program for DSF is successful
- Responsible for change management controls and reviews
- Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of CMDB
- Responsible for collaborating with the infrastructure teams to support AppDev capacity needs
- Interlock with the application operations team to lead and help manage production incidents
- Gather and maintain EOL software and hardware needs for application development teams
- Set up and run governance routines for Obsolescence, Scanning and Vulnerability Mgmt.
- Partner with the enterprise infrastructure teams to be the SPOC for App Dev in infrastructure projects
Requirements
- 10 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 6 years managing large-scale commercial projects.
- 6 years’ experience in advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets, pivot tables, V-lookups.
