About the role

Responsibilities

  • The role will report directly to Senior Leadership (ex-Uber, ex-BCG) and offer high exposure to the executive leadership team, working on strategic priorities.
  • There will be limited repetitive or process-based work. The majority of the focus will be on projects that deliver real business impact.
  • Projects will vary in nature, scope, and duration, making this role ideal for candidates who enjoy variety and tackling new challenges.
  • Example projects could include:
  • Diagnosing issues with the sales funnel and working with the sales team to improve processes, including AI-driven automation where possible.
  • Conducting a market analysis to assess the feasibility of developing a new distribution channel via 3rd-party partners.
  • Redesigning the payments operations process from the ground up, identifying opportunities for automation and collaborating with the tech team to deploy AI solutions.
  • Conducting weekly business reviews to help the organization spot problems early and act quickly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience, ideally including Consulting or Finance, and hands-on experience working inside a business (preferably a tech company in a fast-paced environment).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python) preferred.
  • Highly practical - able to take a problem, find a solution, and then drive it to execution.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
