Responsibilities
Mortgage Lending (Residential) – Servicing on Demand: processing transactions, drafting contracts and handling financial/repayment plans;
Debt Management: uploading and validating mortgage loan data;
Product and Systems Management: process control, monitoring and quality assurance;
Training on organizational processes
Requirements
2–3 years of banking experience, preferably in mortgage lending
Strong analytical and process-oriented skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong business acumen, with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Results-oriented, proactive and resilient
Fluency in English is an advantage, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field
