Responsibilities

  • Shape how we attract, engage, and hire diverse, high‑performing talent
  • Lead a high‑performing TA team to deliver timely, high‑quality, and cost‑effective hiring outcomes
  • Champion diverse hiring and equitable practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand workforce needs and shape talent strategies
  • Use data and insights to diagnose challenges, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Talent Acquisition preferred, or broader HR equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments
  • Strong familiarity with the asset management, investment management, or broader financial services sectors preferred—understanding niche talent pools and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end recruitment across corporate and technical functions
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience driving recruitment strategies using data, dashboards, metrics, and analytics
