Responsibilities
Shape how we attract, engage, and hire diverse, high‑performing talent
Lead a high‑performing TA team to deliver timely, high‑quality, and cost‑effective hiring outcomes
Champion diverse hiring and equitable practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand workforce needs and shape talent strategies
Use data and insights to diagnose challenges, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
12+ years in Talent Acquisition preferred, or broader HR equivalent experience
Proven leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments
Strong familiarity with the asset management, investment management, or broader financial services sectors preferred—understanding niche talent pools and market dynamics
Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end recruitment across corporate and technical functions
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders
Experience driving recruitment strategies using data, dashboards, metrics, and analytics
