About the role

  • Branch Sales Manager driving sales and leading account representatives in defined territory. Responsible for business planning, customer service, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • drive sales and lead a team of outside account representatives
  • create business and territory plans
  • analyze sales pipelines
  • ensure high-level of customer service
  • generate sales individually and through leadership of others
  • hire, coach, and train direct reports
  • develop and implement an annual business plan supporting attainment of quota
  • create a holistic territory plan

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • more than five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination
  • persuasive communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • specialty product knowledge from previous outside sales or inside sales experience
  • adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
  • ability to coach and provide feedback to direct reports
  • ability to use Microsoft Office
