Requirements
3+ years managing designers in a scale-up or strong product company
Experience managing diverse profiles — product designers, design engineers, brand designers, or system designers
Strong craft — your portfolio shows attention to detail, typography, and interaction design
Systems thinker — you've built or contributed to a design system at scale
Product-minded — you think in outcomes, not outputs
High agency — you ship fast and own your decisions
AI-fluent — you use AI tools daily in your workflow
Nice to have: B2C fintech or consumer app experience; Experience with mobile-first products; French language skills (team is bilingual).
