You independently manage projects and/or work in close coordination with your primary sparring partner Lena (CVO & Co‑Founder) and the following teams: HR & Recruiting, Veterinary Excellence, Regional Management, and the Founding team
Occasional multi‑day travel required, particularly to support the setup of new locations and for in‑person meetings with existing clinics
Together with Lena, you are responsible for leading our recruiting efforts
You support the HR Operations team and the Veterinary Excellence team, ensuring that medical initiatives are implemented accurately and on time
You prepare data, recruiting KPIs, and clinical topics into clear decision‑making documents
Requirements
Relevant degree, preferably in veterinary medicine (alternatively e.g. psychology, management or similar)
2–4 years of professional experience in a structured role
Strong digital skills; confident working with tools, data, and Excel/Sheets
Experience in project management or completion of a coaching certification is a plus
Excellent process understanding and an analytical mindset
Fluent in German (native), strong English skills (at least C2)
