- Balancing speed with usability, always keeping the user at the center
- Ensuring accessibility and usability best practices are baked into everything you design
Requirements
- You've worked at an early-stage startup and love the energy, ambiguity, and ownership it brings
- You're a strong collaborator who thrives when engineers and designers work side by side
- You've got front-end knowledge to prototype your ideas (we're trying out Lovable for this)
- You love talking to users and do it often
- You take accountability for your work and your decisions
- You can navigate messy problem spaces with a structured, practical mindset
