Responsibilities
Strategic development and maintenance of our brand design
Ensuring a clear, distinctive visual brand identity
Developing design systems that are both brand-strong and performance-oriented
Creating master designs/templates for key channels
Ensuring high visual and conceptual standards across all deliverables / design outputs
Promoting innovative and effective design
Evolving and internally aligning our Brand Guidelines
Close collaboration with the marketing teams and product design
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in brand design, communication design, or art direction — ideally within digital business models or travel/lifestyle brands
Compelling portfolio (brand + digital) with a clear conceptual and visual signature
Solid knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO); fundamentals of UX/UI and user journeys; A/B testing and data-driven design
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Figma/Sketch optional)
Strong sense for trends, aesthetics, and visual consistency
Structured, solution-oriented working style and high quality standards
Ability and willingness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
