About the role

  • Sales Executive in Field Nation’s AV division accelerating LaborFlex adoption and driving new revenue. Focused on customer onboarding and demand-generation across enterprise and mid-market customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and re-engage dormant accounts to onboard them onto the Field Nation platform ecosystem.
  • Drive adoption of the LaborFlex platform through customer education, onboarding, training sessions, and executive-level engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute outreach campaigns, events, and promotional programs to create market awareness and inbound demand.
  • Serve as a primary growth engine for Field Nation’s AV division, consistently delivering new revenue opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers while tracking platform adoption metrics and conversion rates.
  • Act as a customer advocate—feeding insights back to Product, Operations, and Leadership to improve the LaborFlex experience.
  • Support executive leadership with reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards tied to revenue and adoption goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, platform adoption, or revenue growth roles.
  • Proven track record of driving new revenue.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Highly data-driven with comfort owning KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
