About the role

  • Business Manager for expanding Vidalink’s health and wellness solutions through B2B sales. Responsible for identifying market opportunities and negotiating strategic contracts with large companies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a New Business Hunter, responsible for prospecting, developing and closing strategic contracts with large accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and an increase in recurring revenue.
  • Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities within large accounts;
  • Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers, especially within HR.
  • Manage a strategic pipeline with a focus on conversion, predictability and progression through stages;
  • Ensure internal alignment to guarantee excellence in delivery and continuity of the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Academic Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Management, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Commercial Strategy or Sales Management will be considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales and new business development.
  • Experience negotiating and closing contracts with large (Enterprise) accounts.
  • Experience managing a commercial pipeline and revenue forecasting (forecast).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex environments;
  • Experience managing relationships with HR executives, benefits teams and C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with corporate health, benefits, HR or technology solutions will be considered a plus.
