About the role
- Technical Lead responsible for driving the engineering of Agri-PV projects at feld energy. Collaborating across teams to ensure technical excellence and scalability from concept to operation.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the overall technical architecture of feld energy
- Ensure Agri‑PV projects are planned, executed and scaled with technical excellence
- Close collaboration with founders, operations, EPC partners and external stakeholders
- Ownership of the technical strategy and further development of Agri‑PV solutions
- Ensure technical quality, cost-effectiveness and scalability of projects
- Lead and develop the engineering team
- Proactively evaluate new technologies, regulatory requirements and market trends and derive concrete measures
- Make informed decisions on complex technical issues and define clear guardrails for operational activities
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in technical leadership and/or a senior role in PV, Agri‑PV, energy infrastructure or EPC
- Demonstrable in‑depth technical experience with solar tracker systems and mounting structures
- Solid understanding of PV systems, grid connections, permitting processes and technical standards
- Experience building and scaling technical organizations and teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision‑making skills and a hands‑on attitude
- Very good German and English language skills
