About the role

Specialist in Regulatory Compliance focused on sustainability strategies at FERI Group. Involves developing internal processes and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

Responsibilities

Needs analysis and further development of internal processes, company-wide policies and governance frameworks in the field of sustainability for FERI AG
Responsibility for sustainability reporting at company and product level with a focus on SFDR regulation (in cooperation with FERI Luxembourg)
Monitoring regulatory developments and market trends in Sustainable Finance and coordinating required measures
Documentation of ESG processes and support for internal and external audits
Participation in the development of sustainable financial products, including market and competitor analyses, strategic concept work and preparation of presentations
Contribution to internal and external exchange formats on topics such as sustainability, biodiversity and transformation
Preparation and delivery of trainings and design of internal communications on sustainability topics
Responding to RFPs and DDQs in the ESG and impact area
Responding to the annual UN PRI questionnaire – liaising with internal stakeholders
Close collaboration with various departments such as Compliance and Anti‑Money Laundering, our in‑house asset management company, the Project Management Office and Portfolio Management

University degree in economics, law or social sciences with a strong focus on financial markets and/or sustainability
Solid understanding of European sustainable finance regulation (in particular SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRS, MiFID II)
Initial practical experience in ESG compliance, sustainability reporting or sustainable finance
Analytical thinking, a structured working style and the ability to present complex regulatory requirements clearly
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ESG databases or reporting tools is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
