About the role

  • Senior Compensation Analyst managing compensation programs at Ferguson, ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes through analytics and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supports compensation initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducts market pricing using survey data to assess competitiveness
  • Reviews and ensures alignment to compensation guidelines and governance practices
  • Partners with HR Operations on activities resulting from Total Rewards projects
  • Assists in improving compensation processes for efficiency and automation
  • Develops and implements innovative education, tools, and guidelines
  • Maintains documentation and audit-ready records of compensation decisions

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of compensation or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective influencing and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and data analysis
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
  • Team-oriented attitude with a drive to deliver results
