Responsibilities
Supports compensation initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Conducts market pricing using survey data to assess competitiveness
Reviews and ensures alignment to compensation guidelines and governance practices
Partners with HR Operations on activities resulting from Total Rewards projects
Assists in improving compensation processes for efficiency and automation
Develops and implements innovative education, tools, and guidelines
Maintains documentation and audit-ready records of compensation decisions
Requirements
5-7 years of compensation or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective influencing and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and data analysis
Experience with Workday preferred
Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP preferred
Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
