About the role
- AI Adoption & Enablement Manager responsible for technology adoption and cultural evolution at Ferguson. Design and deliver learning experiences to build AI fluency across diverse associate populations.

Requirements
- 7-10 years in organizational change management, learning & development, or transformation roles
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs
- Deep comfort with emerging technology concepts
- Track record of working with frontline/field populations
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and experiential learning approaches
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies sufficient to troubleshoot basic user issues
- Skilled in facilitation techniques for use case discovery and process improvement sessions
- Comfortable with workflow analysis and process mapping
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to read group dynamics
- Ability to build trust with diverse team members
