Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy purpose-built AI agents and chatbots to assist employees.
- Build and maintain automated workflows integrating AI into existing business processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and scope potential AI use cases.
- Develop and refine system prompts to ensure accurate and relevant AI outputs.
- Lead training sessions for business users on approved AI tools and create user documentation.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI agents to ensure reliability and track usage effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or data analytics.
- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience working with automation tools, chatbots, or Generative AI applications in a business context.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar low-code automation ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar workflow automation tools.
- Experience configuring AI assistants using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio or OpenAI Assistants API.
- Strong understanding of how to craft effective prompts to guide Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business tasks.
- Excellent ability to map complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Solid understanding of data concepts, including basic SQL or data visualization (Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation or simple automation scripts is a strong plus.
