About the role
- Developper(se) Power Platform enabling municipalities to enhance their services and improve quality of life. Collaborate closely within the IT team to design technological solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement automated flows with Power Automate to optimize business processes
- Participate in governance, security, documentation and quality control activities for developed applications
- Structure data and business logic in Dataverse, with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central entities
- Collaborate with business analysts and IT managers to identify use cases
- Document, secure and maintain delivered solutions following Microsoft best practices
- Advise the IT team on best practices for using the Power Platform
- Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to meet internal needs
- Contribute to integrations with Business Central, including process optimization (Dataflows, connectors, automation)
- Provide technical support to internal users during deployment and solution evolution phases
- Stay current with platform updates and propose relevant innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Proficiency with technologies and tools (Git, Azure DevOps, SharePoint)
- Experience with integrations with Business Central (connectors, web services, APIs) is an asset
- Functional understanding of common business processes (accounting, HR, operations, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI, preferably with data modeling experience
- Experience with standard and custom connectors, permissions, and platform administration
- Knowledge of SDKs and ETL is an asset
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
