About the role

  • Developper(se) Power Platform enabling municipalities to enhance their services and improve quality of life. Collaborate closely within the IT team to design technological solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement automated flows with Power Automate to optimize business processes
  • Participate in governance, security, documentation and quality control activities for developed applications
  • Structure data and business logic in Dataverse, with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central entities
  • Collaborate with business analysts and IT managers to identify use cases
  • Document, secure and maintain delivered solutions following Microsoft best practices
  • Advise the IT team on best practices for using the Power Platform
  • Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to meet internal needs
  • Contribute to integrations with Business Central, including process optimization (Dataflows, connectors, automation)
  • Provide technical support to internal users during deployment and solution evolution phases
  • Stay current with platform updates and propose relevant innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Proficiency with technologies and tools (Git, Azure DevOps, SharePoint)
  • Experience with integrations with Business Central (connectors, web services, APIs) is an asset
  • Functional understanding of common business processes (accounting, HR, operations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Power BI, preferably with data modeling experience
  • Experience with standard and custom connectors, permissions, and platform administration
  • Knowledge of SDKs and ETL is an asset
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
  • Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
