About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software development
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming, Java, and the Spring Framework
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with source control tools Git and GitHub
- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD and build tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, etc.
- Experience in test automation: JUnit/GUnit, JMeter, BDD, Selenium, etc.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment (SCRUM / Kanban)
- Proficiency in Gosu and development tools related to Guidewire ClaimCenter (asset)
- Experience in the insurance industry (asset)
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, and functional proficiency in English (an asset)
