About the role
- PLC / DCS Programmer at SpiraTec implementing automation projects in the process industry. Working with customers and suppliers while developing innovative solutions and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support automation projects from concept development and planning through to commissioning
- Perform basic and detailed engineering
- Assume coordination tasks within projects
- Program and implement control, visualization and process control systems
- Prepare technical documentation for customers in the process industry (primarily pharmaceutical and chemical)
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering with a focus on automation technology or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of common automation systems (Honeywell TDC3000, Siemens PCS7, COPA-DATA Zenon/FlexLink) is an advantage
- Enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environment
- English is required; other languages (French, German) are a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to stay at customers' sites for several weeks when required
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork
