Responsibilities
Lead the overall GTM Web, GTM Server (sGTM), and measurement stack strategy.
Design and manage integrations between Web and Server environments, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Implement, review, and monitor tags, triggers, variables, and complex tracking structures.
Ensure compliance with privacy best practices and data governance.
Integrate and maintain connectivity between Facebook Ads / Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta APIs, and internal and external APIs.
Deploy and monitor pipelines between sGTM and internal tools.
Operate with internal servers dedicated to server-side tracking.
Operate and guide workflows in N8N (low-code).
Manipulate and query data in PostgreSQL.
Serve as a focal point for advanced troubleshooting.
Support approximately 20 traffic managers with technical insights and continuous improvements.
Requirements
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager Web and Server.
Experience with acquisition architectures, funnels, and tracking for digital marketing.
Proficiency in integrations between media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
Experience with N8N, internal servers, and low-code automations.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and databases.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Experience with large-scale traffic operations or high data volumes.
Experience in team management or technical leadership (desired).
Knowledge of privacy regulations (LGPD) and data best practices (desired).
Familiarity with JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON (desired).
Experience with event orchestration tools (desired).
