About the role

  • Work with SGA and FCamara client base, conducting opportunity diagnostics and consultative technology proposals;
  • Develop long-term relationships with technical and executive decision-makers, mapping new business opportunities;
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing;
  • Represent SGA in strategic meetings and technology solution presentations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the commercial consultancy to refine sales processes and materials;
  • Monitor performance indicators (pipeline, conversion rate, average ticket, etc.) and contribute to forecast analyses;
  • Support the consolidation of a high-performance commercial culture and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B technology sales or consultancy;
  • Career background in software resellers (Microsoft, AWS, etc.) or technology consultancies;
  • "Tech Seller" profile: sufficient technical knowledge to engage with product and engineering teams;
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions. Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles;
  • Executive-level communication, strategic vision, and strong persuasion skills.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented, with self-confidence and ownership mentality;
  • Consultative, technical, and relational approach, with emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience, and proactivity;
  • Ability to navigate between technical and executive profiles, adjusting language according to the interlocutor;
  • Analytical reasoning, technical vocabulary, and systemic vision;
  • Self-managing, disciplined to drive targets and delivery pace autonomously;
  • Prior experience in technology consulting firms;
  • Experience with digital transformation, AI, systems integration, or custom technology product projects.
