About the role

  • Strategic Planning Analyst responsible for marketing campaigns in a retail company. Building strategies connecting business objectives, consumer behavior, and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the strategic planning for the brand’s campaigns, connecting business objectives, the commercial calendar, consumer behavior and market benchmarks to build narratives, promotional mechanics and brand experiences that strengthen the company’s competitiveness.
  • Develop the marketing campaign calendar and planning by cross-referencing the commercial calendar, business goals, historical data, competitor movements and market benchmarks.
  • Continuously monitor competitors and reference companies to find relevant benchmarks and references, proposing solutions aligned with the brand’s positioning and consumer trends.
  • Analyze data and translate it into strategy by interpreting results from past campaigns, consumer behavior and market trends to guide proposals and action plans.
  • Act as the PMO for campaigns, tracking deliverables, facilitating cross‑functional alignments and monitoring risks, deviations and bottlenecks to ensure execution of the approved plan.
  • Present plans to internal teams, preparing and delivering clear, structured presentations grounded in data and strategic storytelling.
  • Prepare and adapt presentations for the executive board (PIVA), converting strategic content into executive materials focused on conciseness, visual clarity and analytical support.
  • Lead the weekly agenda meeting for RAC, consolidating key topics, results and marketing directions and ensuring concise communication across the company.
  • Support the creation of strategic materials, structuring and refining presentations and supporting content in alignment with planning, branding and communications.
  • Respond to requests from the 3P (marketplace) team by developing plans and special projects for seller, brand and category launches, aligning institutional positioning with commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing planning.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong visual skills (Canva is a plus).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience using Power BI as a data consumer (data interpretation).
  • Intermediate to advanced English (required to prepare complete presentations in English and interact with international suppliers).
