About the role
- Sr. Staff Analyst managing Blue Yonder Demand applications in semiconductor manufacturing, optimizing processes and forecasting accuracy. Collaborating with SCM planners and IT teams for effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional SME for Blue Yonder Demand
- Manage configurations, parameter tuning, and environment updates across BY Demand modules
- Drive supply chain KPIs including improving forecast accuracy
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization
- Support the end-to-end demand forecasting cycle
- Collaborate closely with SCM planners and technical teams
- Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams
- Deliver training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer to planners
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Deep expertise in Blue Yonder Demand modules
- Extensive hands-on experience with BY tools configuration
- Strong foundation in forecasting concepts
- Minimum 8 years experience in JDA Demand and CDP
- Expert-level knowledge of optimization and heuristic solvers
- Experience with ODS/SCPO platform
