About the role
- Chief of Staff supporting the Chief Risk & Compliance officer at Paysafe. Driving governance and risk protection across the company in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of the CRCO’s strategic objectives
- Oversee, track, and report progress of risk transformation programs
- Align Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations teams on emerging risks
- Manage risk and compliance governance frameworks
- Oversee preparation of dashboards and key risk/compliance metrics
- Establish and maintain the operating rhythm of the Risk & Compliance function
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CRCO
- Draft internal and external communications
- Represent the CRCO in meetings and ensure follow-up with stakeholders
- Partner with L&D and Product teams to embed risk and compliance principles
Requirements
- Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven insights
- Proven experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or regulatory engagement within financial services or fintech
- Track record of building and enabling risk-aware organisational cultures
