Responsibilities
End-to-end accounting and finance operations, including full set of accounts
Month-end and year-end closing, audit and tax coordination
Treasury management and client relationship management
Supervision of junior staff and assisting in identifying added work scope and possible increase in fees
Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction & retention
Effective reporting and consultation with Senior Management
Coordination & communication with other divisions
Timely preparation of full set of accounts and related accounts schedule
Preparation of audit and tax schedules for year end finalization
Liaising with clients, external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
Monitoring and updating clients cash flow/trust accounts
Prompt billing of services rendered and follow up on accounts receivables/overdue accounts
Acknowledge receipt of clients request/queries/correspondences within 24 hours
Supervision of a team of junior staff
Requirements
Possesses a Diploma, Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Familiar on accounting software is an advantage and computer skills is essential
Possesses management, good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English
Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player
Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
