Responsibilities
- Fulfillment of internal and external reporting requirements
- Execution of cost center planning and preparation of reports and forecasts
- Support in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) as well as long-term integrated financial planning
- Participation in special projects, in particular in the context of SAP implementation
- Processing and analysis of complex datasets; contribution to the implementation of a data warehouse
- Development and maintenance of analysis and support systems for planning, controlling and monitoring operational performance
- Handling of ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably in an IT environment
- Practical experience with period and annual closings and knowledge of implementing reporting tools and processes
- Strong proficiency in SAP (FI, CO, SAC) and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with BI systems is an advantage
- Ability to quickly and analytically grasp complex issues
- Team player with strong commitment and a confident presence
