About the role
- Junior Controller role at Axians Infoma overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and collaboration with sales. Engaging with modern digital tools and supporting decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Sole responsibility for controlling revenue, costs and results for our business unit, including monthly reporting
- Preparation of quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets, as well as continuous monitoring of variances
- Supporting the team lead in preparing the annual financial statements
- Collaboration and coordination with the Sales department on ongoing projects and billing
- Defining and reviewing monthly and quarterly Exchange Values and supporting project managers
- Maintenance and further development of ERP system functionality
- Preparing decision-making materials for management
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is an advantage
- Basic controlling knowledge and a strong affinity for numbers, or relevant commercial work experience are desirable
- Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
- Independent, structured, goal-oriented and team-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
